UMG Idealab was founded by Kiwi Aliwarga, he is an entrepreneur and technology innovator who also serves as President Commissioner of this Venture Builder company.

Kiwi started his career as Business Development at Astra International and United Tractors in the early to mid 90's, until finally established UMG Myanmar in 1998. He led UMG starting from trading spare parts of heavy equipment and then expanded into nine business sectors with more than 40 subsidiaries.

Seeing the impressive growth of Southeast Asian tech industry, this Founder and CEO of UMG Myanmar then initiated the founding of UMG Idealab. Through UMG Idealab, Kiwi guides the younger generation to build startups with a vision to solve problems in the country, focusing on three challenges: climate change, income inequality, and the development of MSMEs.
